The City of Oslo Chooses Mintra to Train Election Officials Print E-mail
Mintra has won the contract to develop an e-learning course for all volunteer election workers in the City of Oslo.  The e-learning course will ensure that these volunteers have the necessary knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities during the 2009 parliamentary elections.

- A quick introduction for service providers and users


Individual Plan is a tool that has been developed by the Directorate for Health and Social Affairs  to provide a better offer for individuals requiring long-term, coordinated health and/or social services.  If a person needs help from two or several services over a longer period of time, he or she can have an Individual Plan.  The most important aspect of this type of plan is to achieve good collaboration between the user and those who are there to help.  Users shall participate in deciding the content of the plan themselves.
