Trainingportal Information Meeting - Autumn 2010 |

The more than 300 companies that currently use Trainingportal (www.trainingportal.no) for course enrolments will be able to reduce their administration costs significantly in relation to coursing and competence. Now, Mintra’s customers will have a single interface to relate to for ordering courses – regardless of the course provider.

New course providers contact Mintra every week, looking to profile their courses on Trainingportal. Mintra determines whether the courses are relevant for our customers and enter partnership agreements.
Automatic Transfer of Course History to HR Systems
Course history for practical training, classroom courses and e-learning will be archived on Trainingportal. Course providers, course participants and the course participants’ employers will have access to relevant reports – anywhere, anytime.
Course history will automatically be transferred to the employer’s HR system, if it has been integrated with Trainingportal, enabling employers to automatically update their employees’ CV’s – directly in the company’s HR system.
Simpler Invoicing
Mintra will also be assuming responsibility for invoicing enrolments to 3rd party course offerings on Trainingportal.
Customers who are looking for simpler invoicing routines can choose to receive one invoice from Mintra, with a comprehensive overview of employee course activity linked to course providers and course offers. This will both reduce administration and improve cost control for our customers.
