The competence company Mintra took the initiative to launch one of the world's largest networks for people interested in e-learning.

“It is very nice to see that the network has become so popular,” tells Mintra's Chul Christian Aamodt.

Aamodt has been working with e-learning for the past 10 years. He started his career developing e-learning courses for the SINTEF Group. Since 2001, he has been working with the competence company Mintra, the past four years as the Director of Marketing and Sales.

“After 10 years in the industry, I have noticed that a lot of people have the same problems, the same challenges, and also the same good solutions for e-learning. That's why I believe so strongly in establishing informal areas where people can exchange experience, motivate and learn from each other,” tells Aamodt. “That's why we established this network.”

Mintra also invites its competitors to join the network.

“We believe that competition is healthy, but in some cases it is important to look at the bigger picture and work together. So we have invited our competitors to join the network as well. A large number of our competitors have already accepted our invitation – and we think that is a great sign,” tells Aamodt.
