Mintra has developed an interactive HSE course for Mesta. Mesta uses the course in conjunction with HSE meetings, across the entire organisation.

Federation of Norwegian industries – Course on Employing and Hiring in Foreign Labour

Since December 2006, the Federation of Norwegian Industries has offered courses on the laws and regulations pertaining to employing and hiring in foreign labour. The course has three components: a course booklet, access to a course platform, with interactive training modules and more, and a full day gathering.

Information and communication material directed at Norway’s 15 year-olds

Over the past few years, industry has doubled its production and halved its emissions. Norwegian industrial companies are ensuring economic growth, and are already working toward Norway’s future livelihood. Norwegian industry is in a healthy state, and future opportunities are many. Next year alone, industrial companies will need 9000 more employees. Industry is looking for young people who see opportunities and want to contribute with their talents.

Federation of Norwegian Industries - Inclusive Working Conditions

Inclusive Working Conditions (IA) entail that managers and employees work together to develop a working environment that promotes a healthy workplace. This will make working life more attractive for employees in all phases of life and accessible for those who want to and can work. Good follow-up of personnel on sick leave, and those with reduced functional abilities, will reduce absence due to illness and prevent exclusion from working life due to health problems. On commission from the Federation of Norwegian Industries, Mintra has developed an e-learning course which addresses the IA agreement.
