This e-learning course on vision and values focuses on the processes and challenges employees face on a day to day basis.

The course is based on a pharmaceutical consultant’s workday.  Pharmaceutical consultants make up the largest group of employees in the company, and are the ones out meeting customers and presenting products.  When the character in the course encounters dilemmas, users use company values to find the best solutions.  These values represent the path to becoming the most respected pharmaceutical company in Norway.

The course provides employees with valuable input on questions related to the company’s vision and values.

This e-learning course is part of a larger ongoing company values project.  The course comprises a portion of their efforts to raise consciousness of a common values platform, which is central for all employees.

Well over 95% of all employees have completed the course and feedback has been primarily positive.
