The Norwegian Armed Forces HR Tool ORG3/P3 |

 Over the course of two months, approximately 200 course participants have given feedback on the course “E-learning for The Norwegian Armed Forces HR Tool” on the Norwegian Armed Forces’ training portal. The feedback has been extremely positive, both when it comes to content and the comprehensive training solution, says Pål André Ramberg, consultant for the Norwegian Armed Forces’ School of Administration.
The object of the learning programme is to motivate users to make use of the IT solution and instructs them on how to use it correctly. The primary target group is personnel with administrative positions in the Norwegian Armed Forces, but portions of the learning programme are relevant for all employees in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
The learning programme is employed during instructor supported training for first time completion for the primary target group. Afterwards, the learning programme is available as a reference work on how to use ORG3/P3.
A user survey conducted by The Norwegian Armed Forces’ School of Administration found that 83% of the users recommend this learning programme to others.
