Sparebanken Vest has chosen Trainingportal – Mintra’s Learning Management System for their entire organisation.  The object of this investment is to acquire a good support tool for competence development to achieve the bank’s strategic goals.  This investment will also contribute to reducing costs by increasing efficiency.

Trainingportal will support the organisation’s competency matrix, with an overview of competency requirements and certifications for the various rolls and positions in the organisation.  Trainingportal will also be integrated with HR systems delivered by StepStone.
