After completing the e-learning course, participants should have basic knowledge of the sales and advising processes and be able to plan, complete, and follow up customer activities; to catch the customer’s attention, advise the customer, and complete a sale. The course addresses typical daily challenges faced by all financial advisors.
Dilemmas are presented as case studies, where we follow one or several employees through the e-learning programme and the user has to make choices for him or her.
